Melamine (1,3,5-Triazine-2,4,6-Triamine, C3H6N6) is a white fine powder. M.P.:354℃. Density: 1.573g/cm 3 . Soluble in water,25mg/ml. It is mainly used to make MF resin, dinnerware, amoni-plastic, coherent agent, intensifier of paper currency, textile auxiliary, water-saving agent of cement and also as the leather tanning agents. It CAN NOT be used into food and feedstuff processing!
